Very good

was friendly and pleasant. Rooms were ok and best area was he the lounge area.

spa area was clean and pleasant but rather small - room was more expensive for what it offered and not incl breakfast. nearby hotel looked alos good but offered at half the price. The decore of grey and red is not warm and freindly colour - needs to be a sunnier look

Exceptional

Very friendly staff and great location. We requested a room with a view which we got, and enjoyed our stay in Chamonix. Great having the tea, coffee, biscuits available in the lounge. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Maybe the noise from the stairs as our room was close to these and could hear people coming and going.

No elevator which makes choose between a lady from the staff carry your luggage or the guest... The room size and it's configuration are not honest: a person higher that 1,20 mts can´t have a shower in stand up position, just bended on knees!!! This hotel embarrasses a beautiful region and also Booked.net

Le Faucigny Hotel is a warm welcoming hotel where the staff are extremely courteous and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Little extras like providing afternoon tea in the dining/lounge area were very much appreciated. We loved the hotel and had a wonderful time in Chamonix.
